We really need embedded links tbqh. BlackTopGuerillas isn't the only site with exclusives: look forward to more Sputnik-exclusive PTH content, such as Tim Millar's favourite releases of 2007. Maybe more. Who knows....

They also performed the song (and more) on MTV Live Canada earlier this evening, but it hasn't shown up online yet so when that happens I'll edit it in. It might not work for anyone outside of Canada though we shall see.

Fuck fuck fuck fuck... that sounds AMAZING.
|
| |
And that's the first, and weaker half, of the song. You also gotta love how the director talks over the cooler vocal melodies and how arif's unintelligible rambling happens over Rody going pretty high into his range. This Message Edited On 12.06.07

I finally realized that Blood Meat is a joke alluding to an erection!
|
| |
How do you know how the rest of it sounds?
|
| |
because I rule
|
| |
oh right
|
| |
I really really can't wait for this album. Please do edit. I want to hear the song
|
| |
Well you can hear half of it on the link at the bottom. The stuff I'll edit in later is just a live performance, and you can find those online already with pretty great ease.
|
| |
That was pretty sick.
|
| |
So Coke quick question; how pissed off are you that PtH are opening for Silverstein and The Devil Wears Prada in the states next year?
|
| |
Not very, considering they always play with atrocious bands.
|
| |
Hmmm I'm kind of dissapointed with the first half of the song at least, it's not bad but it's just not PTH's best.
|
| |
cool, i love how the audio for that vid doesn't work for me
|
| |
QuickTime is good at that. I can send you an audio rip of the video but it's kind of awkward with all the talking and such.
|
| |
nah its all good
its only a matter of days before the full song leaks onto the interwebs
|
| |
It's a matter of days before the full album leaks, to be honest. This Message Edited On 12.07.07

Not bad. Not bad at all.
However, Rody's mustache and hair make him look like Brandon Flowers, amiright?
|
| |
Give him credit man, it took him years to grow that thing.
|
| |
i absolutely cant wait for this to come out. will possibly by my first purchase of 2008
|
| |
If the second half is even better, I think I just creamed my pants....
On a side note, Cellador and The Sword were decent... but Trivium sucked (at the thanksgiving day show last year).
|
| |
awesome.
|
| |
That video has just wet my appetite even more. I really can't wait for this.
|
| |
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!
Could (somehow) be better than Kezia by the looks of things
|
| |
Protest The Hero is going on tour with TDWP? Fucking awesome. :D
|
| |
Completely blown away by some of those riffs. The vocals, although, sound really immature still. Thats my only quarrel with this band.
|
| |
Agreed! I know what I'm going to be wasting my money on January 29th, 2008! lol
|
| |
Wasting your money? Hardly!
|
| |
The vocals are some of the best parts of the song.
I can see where you come from, but I've never been one for vocals. Music with no vocals (or minimal amounts of vocals) are the best bands on the face of this earth.
|
| |
That's a weird opinion you have there.
|
| |
Thank you Kal. I will take that as a compliment. I'm just more into PTH's instrumental side because they are excellent musicians all around the table....except for their lead singer IMO.
|
| |
That's a pretty offensive statement. You can say you're not a fan of vocals, or his vocals, but you just said he wasnt an excellent musician because of it.
