Surprise new Primus EP 2026-05-17 by DatsNotDaMetulz | 3 Comments | While they continue to work on their 10th studio album - their first album in 9 years and first new music since 2022's Conspiranoid EP, as well as their first with new drummer John Hoffman after the shock retirement of Herb Alexander - Primus have surprise released a new EP.
The EP, A Handful of Nuggs, features brand new track "The Ol' Grizz" which is expected to feature on the new album, alongside previous single "Little Lord Fentanyl" (ft. Puscifer), a live rendition of "Duchess (and the Proverbial Mind Spread)" and a cover of the Dio classic "Holy Diver" featuring Puddles Pity Party.
