The only country in Asia that does is Korea and that's not even close to Malaysia, both culture and geography-wise.

Malaysia is pretty much the hub for most Pirate activity in the region (moreso than China even), so its actually pretty high up on their agenda. Which was cool, because it meant when i lived there we got out movies pretty much at the same time as American premiers - or even before. I read the dog thing a while ago, its awesome. And yeah. Malaysians = muslims =/= eat dogs.

Wrong, China does as well. I used to live there and some restaurants used to have cages along the side of the wall full of dogs for the customers to choose which one they wanted.

Ha, i was in Vietnam and i used to see all these poor dogs packed into the back of trucks and everything. Made me sad =(
