Amazon Prime presents: Maison Book Girl 2019-12-03 by Hugh G. Puddles STAFF | 2 Comments | The alt-idol group Maison Book Girl have revealed the tracklist for their upcoming album Umi to Uchuu no Kodomotachi (Children of the Sea and Outer Space), out December 18th. This is followed by the announcement of a four-part behind the scenes series titled Pick Ups!, to be released on Amazon Prime. The first part was released November 27th, and the next is due December 4th.
Maison Book Girl are renowned for their unconventional use of time signatures for pop, their savoury, largely acoustic instrumentation, and their frequent use of experimental spoken word and field recordings. Their last album, 2018's Yume received acclaim for its prominent conceptual and atmospheric inclinations.
Umi to Uchuu no Kodomotachi's tracklist is confirmed as follows:

Based off what I heard from the Umbla EP (most of which is on here) and the way this group keep stepping into their potential, this could be a serious AOTY contender
