I hate it. The lyrics sound like they were written by an angry 13 year old. Although Catharsis was pretty much a piece of shit album, I thought the title track was really good. I wish they would go more in that direction and stop writing generic songs like this.

I actually don't mind the track THAT much, I dig the dual-lead towards the end, very Halo-esque which is nice, and it's better than most of the last album. But the 'die motherfucker' part ensures I will never listen to it again. Astounding levels of cringe.

Honestly The Blackening was sort of a one off for Machine Head. I mean Through the Ashes of Empires and Burn My Eyes are p good but they sure as fuck are bogged down by the other half of Machine Heads material.
