Unfortunatly ive heard that as well. I’m not sure if this is gonna crush or be another iteration of the weirdo artsy trendy shit Deathwish loves to put out.

Real curious what they meant by that too. It was quite a while ago, hopefully they experimented and it didn't work lol because I want them to just go straight PV/Grind. The clean vocals on the last one were lame on one track and okay on the other, but it is way too predictable for a band like this to end an album the way they did. Go hard with short songs for almost the whole album and then do a loooong, drawn out weak sludge song with mehhhh cleans.

My desires are selfish, but I feel like they are at their best when they are sandblasting listeners in the face.

I loved the cleans on the last record but I would be very bummed if they got used more than sparingly for effect

Lightless Walk was acceptable and decent. It's the one in the middle of the track list that a) isn't good and b) destroyed all momentum.
