@Cormano damn right.

but, yeah, this sounds like total shit. mainly for how painfully uninspired and boring it sounds. they've officially become a mainstream rock band.

So, this is looking to be the other extreme of their latest album.

If "Ungrateful" is one side, and this is the other, then I'm expecting the album will be a decent balance of the genre; which,
I'm actually pretty excited for. Hopefully it doesn't disappoint.

For the record, I wasn't a fan of this song at all. It sounded like almost EVERY song on their previous album.

Edit: Listened to the preview(s). Yep, kinda stoked for this album.

Sounds like it's going to be much better than the last one, which is good. Not sure if I like it or
not though

I've also gotten the sense that, since Craig joined, they haven't been able to find their own style
that suits them.

Sounds like a generic mainstream rock band song, well at least it's an improvement from sounding like
a generic posthardcore band.

"this is like an even less interesting avenged sevenfold"

That was the most accurate description of this song possible.

I could record my shit hitting the water in the toilet and it would be better than their last record.

I'm not expecting a damn thing out of this album, and I'll refuse to listen to it out of sheer spite for them. That, and the producting of anything after DIYLF was incredibly nauseating.
