As far as I know, this site has news editors that approve or disapprove news items based on certain standards and as the news items I post are approved, I guess I'm doing something right.

I don't have any problem doing edits to anything, but as I said earlier and as it shows from the approval rate of the news I'm posting in here, the lack of link anchoring is NOT detrimental with respect to the quality of a news item, unless the editors who approve the news say - and most importantly decide (as in disapprove) - otherwise.

Okay I think you've taken things a bit too seriously here. I was just wondering why you don't bother to do so, when it's easy enough to do and makes it better for us
