No Audioslave Tour Until 2007 2006-08-09 by Stormy Smiley Face | 12 Comments | Audioslave's third album "Revelations" may come out September 5, but Chris Cornell says that the band will not be touring at all for the rest of the year.
"Let the album come out for awhile," he said. "You know, the first two records we were out, actually, before they came out. We've done three records in four and a half years and toured a lot. This'll be one to just kind of let it go for a minute."
It's certainly understandable since as Chris says that they've made three albums in less than five years. A break is certainly well deserved. But Chris isn't taking time off however. He's recorded "You Know My Name" for the new James Bond movie, "Casino Royale", and also will soon release his second solo album and the follow-up to "Euphoria Morning", which was released seven years ago.
