well, that wasnt as bad as i expected but theres just something missing with this band.

drums sounds sweet honestly. guitar tone sounds like they were going for the obscene majesty sound and didn't really get there.

I remember enjoying Sausage bog's demo, but Tortured Whole was pretty bad, so I'm not really sure what to expect here

Why do so many metal vocals sound like they're whispering in their parents basement? They need to open their fucking mouths wider if they're trying to sound powerful, and if they struggle to get the guttural sound that way then ought not bother (or even pitch shift it lower if they have to).

Musically its ok but ok isn't really good enough when it's been done thousands of times before

because most metal vocalists suck and can’t actually be vocalists, so they beef it up with effects and shit, but it will never be the same as an actual good vocalist.

it's wild how fast they went from hype to downhill for me after that first LP came out, this sounds a lot better than most of that though. interested how the full album will sound. EP still goes dummy hard.
