I *think* I like this. Metalcore generally leaves a bad taste in my mouth but this has a lot to like.

I mean, this is kinda metalcore, but there’s much more post-hardcore influence here, and this band focuses on atmosphere and fullness rather than generic riffing

Yeah, I think that's why I can get along with this. Post-hardcore is my fav genre, and the atmospherics here are nice. The metalcore elements still make me pause and question how good it is. But I could see myself getting more and more used to those elements of their sound. I'll definitely check out the lp when it drops.

This is fucking sick, love these guys. That guitar part at 2:28 is so dope, and I love the tinge of post hardcore that they've added to their sound, that chorus is powerful

I think I prefer "The Cure," this one doesn't have too much that stands out on first listen. It feels like something I've heard before, and not in a good way

These guys always put out good shit. I like the first song more but I still dig this. Safe to assume the album will be good to great.

Interesting choice for a single though as it sounds more like a bridge in between two other more fully formed songs. Album gonna be great though I'm sure of it.

Song is nuts. It seeps out so much maturity and talent. Ironically one of the most evolved metalcore tracks I have ever heard.
