Is that what this brand of shitty EDM is called? I am unaware of its origins, but its in every radio electronic song in the states and I am not a fan.

also my only point was that its not characteristically american (i.e., not like "modern american pop" by way of contrast from korean pop). Wasn't making any representations as to what is big in america (which contemporary house music obviously is...)
