I'm hyped for this, it's such a killer track. Rory's cleans sounds amazing as per usual, and it sounds as tho his screams are stronger
| | | very cool song, new album title is a little off putting though
| | | Yea the album title is a bit silly tbh, but I'm sure the album itself will be spectacular
| | | For a second I had to think of Dayshell. I believe I've never listened to these guys though. Song is solid.
| | | cool story time - i remember these dudes gave me a two demo CD back when they were southern lights. just had finished a lower definition show and man ima just say they have come a long way. even at that time, those two songs made mine and my buddies summer. good to see these guys are still progressing.
| | | I remember first hearing Rory in his old band "Arms Like Yours" and being very impressed with both him and the band. When he announced Dayseeker I was immediately hooked, I love these guys. I've seen them live twice and they are great live, and they're all such nice dudes
| | | Rory has the most singing talent in all of metalcore/post hardcore imo. Also glad to see the production improved; it's infinitely better than their last album.
| | | I'd agree with that statement wholeheartedly, his singing voice is just astounding. And yea the production on this is much better than Origin
| | | Sounds really great. Saw them live on the Silent Planet tour and their live tone were way better than the studio one.
| | | damn, this dude's got pipes
| | | I saw them on that tour as well, both Rory and Garrett did their respective guest spots for their songs (Rory came on for First Mother, and Garrett came on for Sleep In The Sea). It's crazy how well Rory can pull off his cleans live, he does them near perfectly
| | | What a downer of a video
| | | The song's about his friend that went through sexual assault, so it's pretty fitting to the song. But it is quite a downer yea
| | | Seems like using excessive and not often used punctuation is the new cool thing in metal, with all the "/// \"'s going on lately. Song's pretty sick though.
| | | It's for that A E S T H E T I C bro
It is pretty silly tho, but song and video are top
| | | Instant song of they year.
| | | cleans are cool, screams are just okay, music is boring as fuck.
