I actually liked the first song I heard from Nickelback back in 2002. I think it's called "You Remind Me" or something like that. Everything else sounds the same so I just don't care for the band. I don't HATE them; I just don't care for them.

I've already said, the study was done by a university student so it was probably part of a media course or something rather than funded by anyone.

All the people I've heard hating on nickelback have equally as a generic and poppy taste, so the fact they can't seem to find anything appealing is bullshit and they often can't reason their dislike either.
