The Foo Fighters get an amazing amount of hate for being a harmless rock and roll band.

That said, I enjoy most of their work. And Dave Grohl is a pretty cool dude. So is Taylor Hawkins.

I don't think they're awful, I just think they've been doing the same shit for too long

Sonic Highways was meh, but I believe they can still release an awesome album like Wasting Light last was.

Wasting Light, Colour and Shape, and Nothing Left to Lose are the only albums I've really enjoyed from these guys.

Debut and Colour and Shape are awesome albums, some great tracks scattered on their other albums.

Totally wasn't aware that there's some Foo Fighters ranting going on here. They made some kickass and catchy tunes and Dave is an excellent songwriter. Really digging em from time to time.
