Anthrax to release 30th anniversary LP 2015-10-21 by CamiloG | 9 Comments | To celebrate the third decade of their classic album Spreading the Disease, Anthrax will release an special edition through Universal Records.
"We wanted to do something special for our fans to celebrate the anniversary of Spreading The Disease" stated Charlie Benante Anthrax's drummer. "We took the idea to Universal a couple of years ago and have been very hands-on with them, creating this special, deluxe edition that we think our fans will really like".

I'm wondering how the new album is going? Haven't heard anything since the teaser they did last year.

They did a studio vid a month ago more or less.

They've done a couple of teasers, but considering that they went into the studio in december (?) last year, we haven't heard much. Granted they have been touring a lot, but the new album should have come a long way by now. I read somewhere that Frank Bello said it probably will be out early 2016.

Remember how long it took them to finally release Worship Music? It's like that album was Half Life 3 lol. It finally happened even with all the vocalist issues but even so. Still happy to see them still touring together and being active. Hope a new album comes out soon!
