It's pretty okay imo, I think the pacing is pretty sloppy but it riffs fairly well so it's got some potential to be around a 3-3.5 if they pull their socks up. Given Kiko + Adler it's probably unlikely to be as mediocre as any of their post Endgame stuff up to now.

Endgame was the closest to a RIP part 2 anyway, this band is just so inconsistent that fans probably don't know what to think anymore. Song is better than anything off SC, and better than most of 13 so new album has some potential.

The only band that can release their best album more than 3 decades into their career is Iron Maiden, and Megadeth is no Iron Maiden. This is the best we can realistically expect from these guys.

Only half their albums are all that great anyway so there's been a few periods in time when Megadeth were shite

um yeah because that was pre-Th1rt3en and before everyone riding the Endgame hypetrain remembered that Megadave were absolutely capable of sucking.

The track gets better as the track progresses. I dislike the vocal production here. Overall I give it a 7/10.

I come here to love music and discuss it with people rationally. Just like you, there are many who come in threads to make sensational comments about music they don't even care about.
