Love American Discography Release 2014-04-30 by Athom EMERITUS | 20 Comments | Limited run tape label Ronald Records will be releasing its first pressing of California
based post-hardcore act Love American's "Discography" collection on purple hand-numbered
cassette.
"Over a hundred shows, half a dozen line up changes, five releases, four years, three
break ups, two reunions, and now one tape to sum it all up. For the first time, all of our
[Love American's] music has been cataloged together in physical form thanks to Ronald
Records. This discography cassette covers everything from our time as a noisy post-hardcore
band trying to gain our sea legs in a sweltering storage lock out in the dregs of the
California desert to our final posthumous EP. It's all there. Even the songs we hate. Some
of these songs have never seen a proper release, others are long out of print. It's a
fitting end to what started out as two friends getting together to jam after running into
each other at a Broken Social Scene show. Thanks for giving a shit and we hope you enjoy!"
