Sunn O))) and Ulver Stream

2014-02-03 by Alex Newton | 16 Comments
The long-anticipated collaboration between experimental artists Ulver and Sunn O))) is streaming in its entirety at Pitchfork's website. The three track album was conceived in 2008 and refined over several years, and represents a hybrid style between Ulver's haunting electronic soundscapes and Sunn O)))'s signature doom-metal drone.

Track List:

1. Let There Be Light 11:27

2. Western Horn 9:38

3. Eternal Return 14:10

Pretty lackluster after the first spin, maybe it needs to sink in more but I don't know, it felt fairly boring.
