Apparently they covered it due to fan demand cos it's a popular live song. Went down well at Download when I was there anyway.

Nah that was a demo which got leaked and wasn't very good quality. But it's worked its way into their live sets as a staple now so fans wanted a properly recorded one. Hacktivist decided they might as well release it for a bit of fun.

This actually isn't a bad cover. Better than the original IMO. Actually tolerable now.

”Yes replace the cool beat with drop z satan queffing guitar and it's tolerable wow”

Well I hated the original version so this tolerable indeed. Though you just called them the worst band of ALL TIME so I think that ”wow” should be at that statement more so than, mine.

Finally there is a musical vehicle suitable to carry my angst to the masses.

The original version shits on this though lol. Don't see how a catchy beat with one of Jay-Z's best verses in ages can be outdone by a bunch of kids trying to recreate it by djently chugging and screaming in an annoying fashion. This my friends, is why the whole pop-goes-punk/punk-goes-crunk thing is so lame.

This is bad djent. I can't djent with this shit. That's sad cause while you derp i djent with my seven string guitar which is expensive as fuck, and I make muslim polyrhytms which are as cool as the ones made by MESHUGGAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, lol.
