Sounds something like Deism. Believing that a man named Jesus existed and that a God created the world doesn't necessarily mean they have to follow the principles and teachings of Christianity.

@OurNumbers: This isn't just deism though, if he specifically believes the Christian god exists. I don't see how you can believe the Christian god exists and also believe you don't have to follow what he says. But who knows what this guy believes, it's hard to tell from that paragraph alone.

The most creative and artistic music video I've seen in the scene this year. I love the fact it isn't just a band playing and head banging, but it has a purpose.

I assume Chris meant that he likes the ideas Jesus presented (love everyone regardless of who they are) but he DOESN'T like the way Christians misconstrue the Bible. In effect, the best way is to be yourself, follow your own path and "Jesus" will love you for that.

If this is what he meant, then I have a new respect for them. I myself am Christian, but despise the messages that some churches and christians send.

I'm not really as captivated by this video as you, Andcas. I feel its almost the same premise for a lot of Black Metal bands, the basic anti Christian imagery. Maybe seeing as this is a Metalcore band is what makes it a bit interesting but I'm not blown away by it one bit.
