As long as Ozzy stays away from songwriting the album should be great.

In all honesty, what the fuck can you expect from a band's first studio album in 33 years? It's either going to be a wobbly, nostalgic novelty piece or an absolute piece of shit.

The Devil You Know came out 17 years after their last record with Dio and it was pretty good, so....

This will either be great or mediocre. Either way, I will still want to see them live. This (obviously) doesn't happen everyday.

As long as they keep Ozzy away from the actual songwriting process I think they could potentially make something good.

This is terrific news, in principle, but personally I'm not so excited about this, never been a huge fan of the band with Ozzy anyway.

They've proven they can still push out a kick-ass album with The Devil You Know, but what's the point of Ozzy? He has nothing to offer the band.

He better stay the fuck away from the entire creative process. He's just an icon. A geriatric, semi-paralyzed neurally impaired icon.

Its all about money. Ozzy solo album does not make enough money, neither do Tony's albums. On top of that Ozzy solo career is mediocre at best and his latest record was a piece of shit. Tony's career isn't going smooth either. I agree with the comment above that if Ozzy stays away from song writing, then this album might be good. Good or not, it will sell like hotcake.

If Dio hadn't died H&H would probably be making another album; Ozzy will be the worst part of this but at least they've got Ward back too. Album can't be worse than Forbidden.
