Stadium Arcadium is a pretty poor album, but my then 13 year old self who worshipped these guys loved it.
This one could be okay, we don't really know because of the new guitarist. Kiedis has to learn how to write some lyrics though. He should rap again.

Flea and Smith are two of the best in the world at what they do and I've heard good things about Klinghoffer, so how bad could this be?

Porch, I couldn't agree more, Californication was pretty good, but not great. The albums after that, I really didn't like them at all. A) I hope he stops singing about California B) they add some more rock/funk C) maybe just one ballad on the album. I thought the ballads on One Hot Minute were better than the ones after Californication.

if john was in the band i wouldn't be too excited since i disliked SA, but Josh Klinghoffer is a really bad ass musician from what i've heard of Dot Hacker and his co-writing on John's solo music.
