damn a ep already, what is with all the ep's coming out all of a sudden with these bands that just released albums.
| |
songs ok, the ending is much better than the rest of it. as always their lyrics suck
| |
these guys were my favourite band six years ago. they've gotten worse.
| |
sounds promising, although I preferred their old tone
| |
Man, I used to love these guys. i can hardly stand them now.
| |
Whoops
| |
andcas speaks the truth.
| |
i really liked this.
| |
Tyler will not be pleased.
| |
Good song.
| |
Haven't listened to these guys for awhile and the song makes me be a bit hesitant in revisiting them. It's not bad, but I know that, for awhile, nothing can replace Chiodos's new album from constantly running through my head.
| |
it wasnt as good as waterfront, but shipwreck destroyed arrivals. theyve gotten better.
i wish people would just shut up about this type of band instead of the old "i used to like dem but i'z way 2 leet nao."
| |
Sounds pretty good.
| |
HOLY SHIT!
...no I could care less about Silverstein actually
| |
not bad
| |
they did a breakdown wtf
songs good tho
| |
Last album was great, good song.
| |
song is on par with anything from shipwreck. digging.
| |
Not really sure about this song, should give it another listen.
| |
liked it. looking forward to this EP
| |
pretty good
| |
pretty meh tbh
| |
oh nvm
| |
BLAME IT ON THE WEATHERRRRRRRRRRR
| |
silverstein bringz teh junz now
| |
Silverstein's cleans sound odd in this song, also they seem to scream much more and seemingly in a more unnecessary fashion.
| |
It's called getting heavier.
and frankly it's not that bad. I am confused on why they are relying on a breakdown now. Kinda weird, but I guess they wanted to finally tread this ground, it's not done that horribly. Just different.
and Coma, I literally 100% agree man. Some people are just ridiculous.
| |
I find it interesting how many people on sputnik like this band.
| |
Pretty decent, nothing new really. Always liked this band for some reason.
| |
actually strider a lot of people on sputnik despise this band.
I like them just a bit more than I should because they're Canadian. haha
| |
I see... it's a pretty weird band, I really don't know if I like them or not.
| |
Listen to their older stuff. They're pretty standard fair. They have some gems. I honestly think one of their best songs will always be Smile In Your Sleep.
| |
I'm listening to discovering the waterfront right now, and I think the main problem is the cleans, they sound a bit strained and out of place sometimes.
| |
How the hell is it a weird band it's post-hardcore with slight metalcore tendencies
not that rare at all
| |
...BREAKDOWN? I'm interested.

they're not rare, but there's just something about them that I find weird and like I said, I think it's the cleans.
| |
I like the new song. Its better than the stuff on shipwreck in the sand. New EP seems promising.
| |
post hardcore? Guffaw, you people throw that term around way too much.

this is why silverstein has my vote.
That was awesome, straight up front, and to the point.
| |
Not bad..
Smile in your sleep is still my favourite though.
| |
not bad they played this live when i saw them 2 fridays ago with TDWP and for today, said their new ep is gonna sound like a mixture of discovering waterfront + shipwreck, the other new song they played live was even better than this, supposedly its one of the first songs they ever wrote it and never made a cd
| |
Meh... didn't really like it.
| |
Wait these guys are still a band? Can they be done yet?
| |
sounds the same as the last album's heavier track. really gay and contrived. the drums are too slow to have appropriate breakdowns. band is bad when they try to be heavy
