Float On is definitely what he used as the beat for the song. it is a good song. it is upbeat. it does sound like the more mainstream hip-hop but it is still Lupe and he keeps it from becoming a run of the mill song. cant wait for Lasers

lupe's one of the few rappers that i can stand and this song is awesome. the beat is great

Initially he wanted to release "L.U.P.End" and retire, but his contract obligated him to release a certain amount of albums with the record label before he could retire. "L.U.P.End" got scrapped and then... now.

Though, I don't know what the hell is going on with this man/record label. Nothing is cemented.
