Song was bland. I like the style of the vocals on "Killing With A Smile" much more. You can clearly hear how much his vocal chords suffered from all the touring. Nevertheless he seems to be a nice person in private life, I had the pleasure to talk to him several times.
We will see how the whole record performs.

On their myspace they have a studio video and there appears to be some pretty decent moments on the album.

'deep blue' has been described as metallica's black album, which by no means in the fathoms of musical ability was bad... it was just different.
i agree this song is not up to scratch with that of thier older stuff, but push that aside and wait for the full release.
i know i, for one, was not alone when i though 'farewell, mona lisa' was as boring as bat shit on the first listen.

I've given this band enough chances.

Im a pretty big parkway drive fan and that was slightly disappointing. the vocals were awesome and the last minute of the song was really good but the first half was really generic and didnt have the musicianship i expected from parkway drive. im still excited for the album, could have been worse.
