I wouldn't mind hearing something along the line of Natural Born Chaos or even Stabbing The Drama, both of those albums had some killer songs.

I hope it is worth the wait. STAGD wasn't bad, it just wasn't NBC Part II, as it was billed to be. This should be promising now that Wichers is back.

Soilwork is one of those bands where you really like them at first, but they get old quick. They're a one trick pony.

There's really no happy medium between NBC and StD. If the new album is anything like EITHER of those it'll be good for us, and good for the band. It's hard to get new people interested in metal when the most recent material from Band #9219124 is "20 More Miles".

20 More Miles was one of the few great songs on that album. But still Benzum is correct. Wicher's return along with the guy from Scarve has pretty much signified that this album will be heavy as hell.

Teddypicker. hahaha what a dumbass. I hate dorks like you who think you are the masters of metal music. You are probably one of those idiots that only likes albums that are heavy and fast. Stabbing the Drama was my favorite Soilwork album. That's my opinion. We all have opinions. I don't cry when somebody disagrees with me, like you do. My favorite Soilwork song is probably Observation Slave. The clean vocals in that song are amazing. Anyways, I just had to say something because I think its funny how everyone argues over music. It is subjective and we all have different tastes. So go pick ur ass Teddy!

Look, the return of Peter Wicher (you know who he is right?) only guarantees another memorable chapter in the Soilwork saga. If you're going to be a negative nancy, kindly get the fuck out.

Best Wishes.

I wrote this article so... yeah, I know who he is. Pretty funny question since you're the one who didn't get his name right.

Huh. Soilwork is such a divisive band hahaha. I really loved them when I was in high school (damnit, just another reminder that it's been nearly a decade...) and got real disinterested when they released FNF. Stabbing the Drama was much better, but it got old fast to me. STAGD was pretty terrible imo, no real redeeming qualities. Not sure they'll ever top songs like The Chainheart Machine, Needlefeast, Razor Lives or Black Star Deceiver. I'm interested to hear them with Wichers back in the fold though.
