A couple notes:

1. Dewi has been doing a lot of the heavy lifting on these lists. We should order another round of applause for that Sput legend.
2. This started off as a light week, I didn't deep dive to make it any thicker.
3. The Dear Hunter and ???
4. It's good to contribute to this again.

Thanks so much for putting this together Gnoch, the only legend here (and I know this well) it's you my dear.

About the goods, new Frayle NICE, didn't know they had a new one. There's also a new Moor Mother album that seems to have good reviews. Might check Conjurer and the raw BM one.

Just picked up the Pathos album for review. Might fit an emailer in too if I find the time between work and the kid's hospital admissions. That aside, there's three or four albums from the last few weeks I really need to catch up on.

The Dear Hunter and Shinedown for me -- two of my long term favorite bands, but my expectations are weirdly low for TDH and I'm expecting Planet Zero to be a full blown dumpster fire to the point that I'm actually kind of excited for it.

As an unmitigated, new The Dear Hunter listener, those singles are a bop.

Conjurer.

The new Spire of Lazarus Soaked in the Sands is top technical deathcore. Just insane stuff. Makes me rethink what's possible and makes normal music seem slow.

Purpl3Spartan
07.02.22
New satyr and conjurer slap
