Thanks to Sowing and Willie, who had taken care of the releases for the whole of December and the first 3 weeks of January I didn't remember how much time it takes to make this post, yikes!

Anyway, we're officially rolling 2024, new releases ahoy! So get on the train and like the kids say nowadays: "lfg".

I always take the first 2 or 3 tags listed on Bandcamp Demon, there's a good chance they are still grinding.

Feels like the first week full of at least moderately prominent acts, not bad for the last week of January!

That Stuporous album is out on Thursday, Jan 25th - I should have a review up on that day at the latest.

A couple other releases potentially of interest - Ruby Haunt has a new EP coming out on Thursday, Jan 25th, and Willi Carlisle has a new album coming out on Friday, Jan 26th.

I’m not much impressed by the Thrill the Kill singles, but maybe a review from Staff/Contrib would open me up. Or maybe confirm my suspicions that they’re not for me. Not really most Staff/Contrib's thing on this site I wouldn't guess, but just say'n, I'd read it

I missed Static-X when they came out, and they have a huge back-catalogue that I’ve never bothered to explore. Quality-wise they have some competition from the new Horskh. An opinion from Staff/Contrib would be interesting.
