So far:

Sparklehorse 4.5
Jonathan Wilson 4
Handsome Family 3.5
Chemical Brothers 3

Demon of the Fall
09.08.23
does anyone need to hear Chemical Brothers in 2023. I am shocked

The list does not fill my with joy, I must say

a lot of they-are-still-going-apparently type entries on here

DoofDoof
09.08.23
Chemical Brothers was alright but I am mean so it got a 3 - then again even the two first albums I only awarded a 3.5, just not that big on them

A lot of the time it is the least likely stuff that is impressing me this year so I tend to not filter too much based on preconceptions

Demon of the Fall
09.08.23
I mean, you have to filter with preconceptions to an extent - everyone does, consciously or otherwise

even more so if you do not have the time for loads of new / releases and need cut it down significantly

P Tiger could be cool. Also nice heads-up on ctk.
