Small release week, some great albums and some not so great ones. Don't @ me, I don't care if your 25 monthly listener artist didn't make the cut =D (JK, if I forgot something big, lmk, I'm just filling in this week!)

Demon of the Fall
07.26.22
Chat Pile, Ithaca, of Montreal for me

in that order

It's all about that Anberlin EP for me, although I've heard good things about that upcoming Chat Pile album.

new Perfume is out in two days and should probably be on here (whether or not it will be any good, though)

Thank you so much for covering this week Sow.

Anberlin, the Chads Pile, Ithaca Belphegor, ummm don't smell anything potentially spectacular but I wanna check a few of these.

Dedes
07.28.22
Im actually stupid stoked for new Chat Pile
singles were by a dece margin the best thing they've put out which is a tall feat given the manic energy of stuff like Remove Your Skin Please

Veldin
07.28.22
Stoked for new Of Montreal

quetzal
07.28.22
already came out yesterday but the new Asunojokei released this week and is pretty fantastic. release date on bandcamp says august 17 but you can stream the whole thing there already so maybe that's just for physical?

PistolPete
07.28.22
If it were 10 years ago, I'd have been absolutely psyched at new Anberlin material. Don't think I've listened to them since their final album though. Also isn't that Hayley Kiyoko album something she already released ages ago?

Slex
07.28.22
New Ithaca album is absolutely wild

Dewinged
07.29.22
A few more releases I came across, in case anyone is interested:

Banks Arcade - Future Lovers
Black Magnet - Body Prophecy
Blacktoothed - Juli
Funeral Chic - Roman Candle
Krisiun - Mortem Solis
The Lord - Forest Nocturne
My Sleeping Karma - Atma
Nightbearer - Ghosts Of A Darkness To Come
Oceans - Hell Is Where The Heart Is - Part II: Longing (EP)
Tallies - Patina

And yeah Slex, new Ithaca is interesting, just jammed the singles, it's promising.

Beyonce releasing her own series of "Acts" like The Dear Hunter. Progressive Bey is a fine fucking idea
Loving the sudden influx of IDM/techno nonsense. Orbital should be great
