Another week where a good chunk of original release dates got pushed into the summer. Still some big names here, especially in the metal scene.

DoofDoof
04.21.20
Danzig sings Elvis is something that had to happen eventually - props to Glenn not releasing it at Christmas

Slow week...Lucinda Williams and I'll check the Elder too maybe

JohnnyoftheWell

Solid week, definitely going to check Elder, Kali Uchis, Katatonia, Quelle Chris and of course Ulcerate.

Woeh damn what a week. Dance Gavin Dance and Katatonia are two of my most anticipated of this year and they're on the same day. Also Ulcerate (which has leaked officially by this point), Anubis Gate and a couple of others that I'm interested in at least spinning. Gonna be a busy week.

Willie

I didn't know (or didn't remember) there was a new Anubis Gate album coming out. Definitely interested.

Willie

I've already heard both of those ;) I am kind of looking forward to Katatonia, too, even though I haven't really liked them since Night is the New Day.

PistolPete

Considering how big a fan of Birds of Tokyo I was in the early 2010s, I'm disappointed I didn't know about their new album lol guess we've grown apart.

Katatonia, Elder and Ulcerate on the same day, holy Molly. Will check Cirith Ungol but only if manosg reviews it ;). And btw, not sure but I think new Jaga Jazzist this week too, it's called "Pyramid" I believe.

manosg

Appreciate it Dewi. Will try and write something about it, provided that my son allows me to listen to the album.

Divaman

Nyrst, Auroch, Lustre, Dark Forest (UK) , Elephant Tree, Fange, Xpus, MORKETIDA, LIVE BURIAL (all on the 24th), Pyre (27th)

Atari
