Sorry for the late publish. Coronavirus is having a large impact on businesses in my region, including where I work.

Scheumke
03.12.20
Nothing here that I'm actively interesting about. Catching up week I guess.

Atari
03.12.20
new Hillary Woods should be solid. meh week other than that

Dewinged
03.12.20
Sorry to hear that Sow, it's everywhere now. Good luck out there.

As for albums, there's a few I wanna check.

SandwichBubble
03.12.20
The Garden might be good.
Grouplove and CocoRosie though? Bury me quick.

Slex
03.12.20
The Porridge Radio singles have been pretty good, interested most in that one

Divaman
03.12.20
Grouplove and Joywave. Seeing Grouplove in a month or so, if public concerts are still a thing by then.

SandwichBubble
03.12.20
Strict hazmat dress code and sanitizer shots, I presume.

peekatoad
03.12.20
Curious about grouplove..i dig some of their stuff

Divaman
03.12.20
Actually, New York State just instituted a ban on gatherings of over 500 people. So since the concert is supposed to take place just next month in a venue that holds 1,500, odds are it will be cancelled/postponed.

Lord(e)Po)))ts
03.12.20
Judging from some singles new cocorosie will suck but I'm going to check anyway.

Atari
03.13.20
New Four Tet today!

DoofDoof
03.13.20
New Four Tet is pretty good.

Quite liked The Garden too, their best one yet, though that's not saying too much

Atari
03.13.20
Seriously made my day, Doof

I love how smooth Harpsichord is, and the contrast between songs like that and the more playful tracks

DoofDoof
03.13.20
I think it finds a really good balance, he really incorporates the 'natural' feel of Rounds again

'Insect Near Piha Beach' is incredible, as are a few other moments

prefer it to 'New Energy' and I still got on quite well with that album

Atari
03.13.20
full disclosure: I’ve only heard There Is Love in You

but I think I prefer this

DoofDoof
03.13.20
Ah, ok - I also think I prefer this to There is Love and that's a great album

He's still best known for 'Rounds' and I think this is his most naturalistic since that one...if admittedly quite a different style in other ways
