meh week besides Flying Lotus for me, although there's a few indie albums with cool artwork that I'll probably check out of curiosity

I swear the quality of album artwork seems to vary week to week. This week is pretty good overall, next week is probably be ugly as hell.

Will probably check Mavis Staples, Sebadoh (god), Middle Kids, Cate Le Bon

This is an absolutely massive week for me. Stormlord, Nocturnus AD, Fleshgod Apocalypse, Gladenfold, Stormhammer, Destrage all on the same day. And several others I'm very interested in checking out. Stormlord and Gladenfold should really be on here. It's amazing to me that I'm extremely hyped and other people are like "Not much for me this week". Different tastes I guess!

Sebadoh, DO, Flying Lotus, Earth and there may be a few other good surprises. Some good artwork, but holy shit, some terrible one too. I hope what's coming out of Faye's mouth is chocolate.

Going to be a busy week.

some awesome fucking covers

TwigTW
05.23.19
The Flying Lotus cover looks like a still from a Michael Jackson video crossed with Bosch's 'Last Judgement'--that looks interesting!

Demon of the Fall
05.23.19
Deathspell/FlyLo on the same day? Damn I really should’ve cleared my schedule. I also wonder what Nocturnus are like now.

Demon of the Fall
05.23.19
‘Nocturnus AD’... ok I’m confused now

Sniff
05.23.19
‘Nocturnus AD’... ok I’ i can understand that bandname make you confused

Demon of the Fall
05.23.19
Not really sure why I produce such unintelligible characters, maybe because I am a bloodthirsty demon consuming everything in my path?

Project
05.24.19
this is gonna be one of those weeks where I wait for the featured reviews to tell me what's good

Sowing
05.24.19
I'm gonna feature all the worst albums

DoctorSpaghetti0
05.24.19
Beast Coast (collab ft. Flatbush Zombies, Joey Bada$$, The Underachievers) is notably absent in this week's summary. Definitely get a hold of this one, folks.

Project
05.24.19
oh no sowing's going mad with power

Coast
05.25.19
Shay Lia is good.
