I heard that single they released earlier this year and thought it was total snooze...is the full album any better?
02.14.11
Not really. Death metal with electronic passages that come from nowhere and last too long. It's more melodic and the solos are cool, but they still aren't combining the genres the way they could.

It sucks not because it's bad, but I just found it boring.
And that Project Hate album is pretty cool. It was my first experience with the band.

All I needed to know to not care about it then. Thanks Willie.

What I am trying to convey here, Trey, is that the single sounded like Dagoba on a bad day and with a female vocalist. Basically, needed a lot more energy, less cheesy melodies and less pointless wandering.

I haven't heard their earlier stuff, any album I should look into, taking into account that I'd appreciate an energetic DM/industrial sound and would not appreciate the cheesy melodies found on the new single.
