The follow up to the album "Watch Out!" is in the making. A first impression of the new album "Crisis" can be heard on the bands MySpace page with the song "Boiled Frogs".

A mid-August release for "Crisis" is scheduled so far.

excellent!

Anyone heard the City and the Colour cover of 'Hapiness by the Kilowat' ?

Apart one moment towards the end, it's beautiful. you can find it here: http://www.myspace.com/dinealonerecords

The new song is ok, nothing really out of the ordinary for Alexisonfire. The screaming sounds different this time though. Maybe because it's unmastered. It sound pretty demo-ish. Looking forward to the new material.

The coversong is interesting. Quite different

What band does that?

AOF new album is gonna kick ass. But u can tell their wanting to move away from the "sceamo" genre. I.E. more Green vocals and screaming is abit more clearer (can make out words).

The band is pretty meh to me, due mainly to the vocals. If the vocals are better they can be pretty good.

I like the screaming on the new song and especially the "woah! woah! woah!"s. Looking very foward to the new album. That cover song of Happiness by the Kilowatt is really cool too.

I'm personally grateful, I love the new song and see it as nothing other than what I'd expect from a great band. Hopefully the album is just as good in general, for I'm sick of my favorite bands trying new things and producing (in my opinion) awful cd's. The cover of the song is well done, but in more recent news of the RIAA on the move I'm afraid for the City and the Colour.
