New P.O.D. Album In April

According to the band's official website, P.O.D.'s seventh studio album entitled "When Angels and Serpents Dance" will hit shelves April 8th. This album will be the first to feature founding guitarist Marcos Curiel since his departure after 2001's "Satellite".

The album artwork, a video trailer, and a preview of one of the new tracks are all now available on the band's website.

sweet, this band has written some bad music, but they've also written some great stuff.

personally I'd love to see them move towards reggae...the stuff they did with matisyahu, I really enjoyed.
especially if they've still got the living sac guitarist...there was some rumored side project called Southtown Generals, but I havn't heard anything else.

due to the sweet sounding name, I'm excited about this...sonny's got a cool voice, we'll see where they take it.

Isn't this the same guitarist that was talking crap about them when he left after that album... he said they were heathens or something. Seriously, that's probably not the word he used, but he was basically questioning whether they're truly Christian...This Message Edited On 01.10.08

I'll be interested to hear what this ends up sounding like tbh. Satellite was a really cool record. I still pop in it from time to time for the nostalgia value.
