Social Distortion on tour again

Perennial road warriors, Social Distortion have added more dates to a fall tour in continued support of their latest release, Greatest Hits and their last studio album, Sex, Love and Rock 'n' Roll.

The band expects to return the studio after the tour to finish work on their long-awaited new studio album, which is tentatively due out sometime in 2008.

Tour dates are as follows:

10/06 - Salt Lake City, UT - X96 Maverik Big Ass Show at Utah State Fair Park
10/07 - Reno, NV - John Ascuaga's Nugget
10/09 - Santa Cruz, CA - Catalyst
10/10 - Santa Cruz, CA - Catalyst
10/11 - Santa Cruz, CA - Catalyst
11/19 - Anaheim, CA - House of Blues

This is hardly a tour. Seriously, they're not coming east of Utah and 9/10 of the shows are in the same place. And yeah, I've seen them 3 times, I think, and I'll still go see them every time they come around.

Well, from what I've heard they are boring. Their newest is generic. Maybe their earlier stuff is better?

Eff you bishes. Social Distortion was and still IS amazing. I like their last 2 albums better than most of their old stuff.
