The Smile have debuted another new single, "The Smoke", in preparation for their live event "The Smile: Live Broadcasts" from 29th-30th January.

The track follows "You Will Never Work in Television Again", released earlier this month. The Smile are a new project, consisting of Sons of Kemet drummer Tom Skinner and Radiohead's Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood.

You can find details of their upcoming live event here, consisting of 3 shows in London, to be streamed across multiple time zones:

The Smoke sounds like a more fleshed out Impossible Knots from Anima, love the sax embellishments and backing vocals.

Pretty solid tracks. Not much else to say really. It’s another Thom Yorke project

From what I've seen of those live shows it was pretty amazing, rumours the album will be out in June.

Yeah, the live show I streamed was really damn enjoyable. This project is the thorniest aspects of Radiohead, with all frills taken away, without a hint of apology, and I'm here for it.

They're touring now too, I'd go if the tickets weren't like £50

"Free in the Knowledge" might be my favorite song of the year. Holy shit it's good.
