Bet the drummer loves this new direction
Sounds like a discount Muse riff circa 2006

Liked a few songs off the debut but these guys are pretty poor overall. This song doesn't do much to change my opinion.

I never really cared for these guys previously, I'm really enjoying the two released singles.

I never really cared for this band, largely due to how Mike Kerr sounds like a snotty rich kid when he tries to be intimidating, but now I feel like I've taken their early stuff for granted. At least it had some sort of edge to it, this is blatantly trying to fit into the alt rock radio stations right next to OneRepublic and Foster the People

I love it! I hope the rest of the album is this good.

My expectations are low, but I hope they've improved from Get so Dark...

More rock, less whatever the fuck that album was.

Was the last album that bad? I thought it was ok save for some duds, but there isn't really that much they can do sonically with the corner they painted themselves into.

Compared to their debut, which was a near masterpiece, the second record was a dud. I massive dud. So disappointing.

Much to think about with this new single. Will it soundtrack a car advert or a smartphone advert?

never understood the inflated hype for these guys, but even by their standards this is bad.

Jesus christ this is just produced to be played from shitty speakers, sounds so good on my shit work headphones

That's where you know it's not gonna be great music, imho

But I can see jamming this on the road

Picture this... sometime in the future, you’re right at the front at a festival, Royal Blood are headlining, they play this track, the kick goes straight to your heart, the bass riff vibrates your organs, you don’t even have your eyes open. You’re living that moment
