Yeaaaa...nah this is ass.

Color Clear slapped ass, but these guys were always just kinda okay other than that, and if it's a return to the Exi(s)t sound then color me uninterested honestly
| |
Really prefer what they were doing on The Color Clear over this
| |
Their guitar tone is the only thing I've ever liked about this band.
| |
good lord the production sounds like they used stock plugins for just about everything
| |
nothing wrong with the stock plugins in most daws if you know how to use them
| |
they clearly dont. shit sounds like a computer
| |
hard as fuck

These guys had kind of a Danza-like approach to extreme metal. Chugging riffs followed by tapping sections then a bit of a ambience to top it off. It's a formula that works for me. Even if Color Clear changed that up a bit, it still had a great mix and was oddly catchy.
This is just boring..

I wasn't too big on Exist but it had 2 of their best songs (Lost Pages & This House) on it and I wish they'd stick with that direction instead of mindlessly chugging and doing those stupid pick scrapes.
| |
Wow, this is fucking awful. Legit one of the worst things I have heard from this genre in quite awhile.
| |
Really disappointed by this, pretty sure they said they wrote The Colour Clear because they were sick of their old style and wanted to move in a different direction, really feels like they've regressed a fair bit on this song.
| |
I expected white odourless dogshit and I got steaming tapeworm infected dogshit
They should all be highly embarrassed
| |
This is really disappointing. The color clear was amazing but this just isn't
| |
That buildup to the breakdown is fucking hilarious. Holy shit. How did they listen back and go "yep, that's a thing I'm fine with people hearing"
| |
I'm a huge fan of everything this band's put out but this song is... not good.
| |
Great song
| |
I haven't really enjoyed anything since Charles Caswell left, but I can throw down to this.
