Black Cilice Streams New Album

2019-09-06 by Brandon Scott EMERITUS | 8 Comments
Portugese raw black metal/blackened noise Black Cilice have premiered their new album Transfixion of Spirits a day ahead of its September 6th release date via metal publication Invisible Oranges. The album will be officially released tomorrow through Iron Bonehead Productions.

Transfixion of Spirits is Black Cilice's third full-length album (and 23rd release!) overall since forming in 2009. Unlike some of their early material, Transition of Spirits largely eschews the noisy rumble traditional to Black Cilice releases, featuring instead a slightly improved (yet still raw) production to compliment their raw black metal style.

"Will the new one change my mind? Wasn't a fan of their previous material"

That's a good question, I don't really know. What was your gripes w/previous material? If it was the noisiness, than yes, you should enjoy this more.
