Not bad, vocalist is a great replacement for Ed, especially his harsh vocals.

Paul Green does a good job. I think DSHS aims more at teens with each release though. I like this song but it's not AFH quality or B&C.

Loving the new vocalist.

"Song reminds me of something from The Elijah for some reason"

I can see it, and that's not bad considering Elijah broke up :/

Not really digging this. I like the new vocalist since I enjoyed TAA and he is a great fit.

Sounds like a good replacement. Couldn't stand the last vocalist's singing, but his screams on A Fragile Hope were pretty cool. And yeah this song sounds like The Elijah.

Yes, solid start from the new singer. The harsh vocals in particular sound similar to Ed's, the cleans are less unique sounding. Although all of Ed's vocals had changed quite radically since A fragile hope.

I agree with DSHS kind of sounding a little less unique with each passing album and more geared to a certain audience. I loved the metalled up 28 days later vibe on AFH. Still they do what they do very well and the music never fails to give me goosebumps.

I miss when this band used to be more subtle. They used to contrast very dark atmospheres with breaths of post-metal fresh air. Now it's kind of in your face from start to finish. There isn't the patience there was before if that makes any sense at all.

On the positive side the new vocalist is a very good replacement for Ed.

Those harsh vocals are right up there with Ed's. Definitely has the emotion that I was looking for and hoping they would. Song is great.

Good song!

I was pretty down on their last album. Hopefully the new vocalist can freshen things up again.

"I was pretty down on their last album"

I think that's the general consensus on the site but damn listen to it again. I think it's their best.

Glad someone else thinks so. End Of Days, The Waves And The Seas, and Time And Pressure are all incredible.

The cleans used to be so whiny.

song is pretty cool, my only real criticism is that the lyrics are pretty lame- though at least they don't mention the ocean.

Just got back from the London show, Paul Green (the new singer) totally nailed it, perfect choice for DSHS, great show. Fantastic band.
