Interested to see where he goes album wise, the sound of this was pretty fun but the female choruses are always so simple that it ends up bringing down his rhymes and flow imo.

Song's not bad. Still better than 90% of mainstream hip hop, but I miss the comedy and satire of his best work.

Song completely blows. Has that same monotonous feigned "I'm so serious now" delivery that was on literally every Recovery track. You can say whatever you want about Relapse but at least he didn't completely throw away his fantastically varied deliveries that made up his early work like he did afterwards. I hate his post-Relapse work with a passion I don't have for anything else.

honestly i hate everything post eminemshow. there are always a few good songs here and there but they always in the minority of all the shit.

I can dig some stuff on Encore and Relapse even if they're bad overall (and I admittedly enjoy Relapse probably more than I should), but everything about Recovery is so fucking phony it's ridiculous. It's just a monotonous sham, I get no enjoyment out of it. The fake-anger/seriousness seems to be such a clear reaction to Relapse's reception, but at least on Relapse he was doing what he wanted, even if what he wanted happened to be a bit shitty.

I hate his yell-rap delivery. Listen to his first 2 albums and then listen to his new shit. The delivery, flow and feel of the songs was so much better when he just rapped. Now that he's yelling everything he can't maintain a whole song and keep the impact.

Hopefully the studio version by itself doesn't sound so shitty. Khalil has been ridiculously hit-and-miss production wise on Eminem's tracks.

Relapse is completely underrated. The accent was stupid and some songs were retarded.. but there's some lyrical genius in that album.

I dug 'Encore' enough, but I haven't been able to get into any LP since then. Bad Meets Evil, though, gave me insane hope that he at least COULD still rap the way he did back then.

As for this song, it's all right, but if the entire album is like it, I'll probably pass it by.
