Pierce the Veil Announces Album

San Diego experimental rock quartet Pierce the Veil has announced that its third LP, entitled Collide With the Sky, will be released by Fearless Records on July 17. This will be the band's first release since 2009's critically-beloved Selfish Machines, and its first since leaving Equal Vision Records.

I actually saw them live back in like 2009 right when they released their first album with Emarosa right after they got Jonny and Four Letter Lie with Breathe Carolina headlining. Those young carefree days as a scene freshman were the best. Pretty great show actually.

Brilliant band, the only thing that can be off putting is the vocals, but once you can stomach that it's all uphill from there. Band gets a lot more hate than it deserves, their songs are generally really well written. Selfish Machine fucking ruled, I spent ages listening to it. Besitos is a great single to listen to.
