Sigur Ros Live Album News

2011-08-17 by Xenophanes EMERITUS | 29 Comments
A week after releasing a cryptic trailer of an unknown project, post-rock act Sigur Ros has announced a live, double album. It will be comprised of a two disc recording, as well as a seventy-five minute film detailing the last show before their "indefinite hiatus."

The project, Inni, is slated for a November release.

The hiatus is over. They're currently working on new material in the studio. It's supposed to be more "rock" than their last album. Unless all that has changed in the past few months?

They're not going on hiatus, the Inni DVD will be documenting their last show before their hiatus that they went on 2008, so the hiatus they are speaking of is over. They're recording/writing stuff again, and are no longer on hiatus.
FUCK YES.
