same thing happened to Breaking Benjamin, he sued them because he said he wasnt getting paid for songs he helped write, then BB turned against his with a very powerful song. but i think it is stupid for people to sue old bandmates.

It seems that a lot of lawsuits have come up recently. I'm expecting one from Rise Against regarding Skid Row's new album name.

My freind used to love this band and he was saying he didn't even know the guys name and stuff because he wans't relaly in anything. Oh well boo hoo for the poor guy. what kind of health problems amde him quit the band? maybe he broke a bone or osmething but that doens't mean he had to quit.

That sucks. They have pretty much gone against everything they use to be about. If everything they did is true, then thats stupid on their part. It kinda seems a little late to me to finally tell someone after a year though.

I'm not sure what I find funnier, the fact that he lives in a van or that his new band cares enough about him to let him live in a van.

Hooray for MD! This is really crap, old GC was at least listenable, sort of bad but listenable. Has anyone heard their new song, I would rather listen to a high school band perform Metallica than listen to their new song. As for the new, that is terrible stuff and I hope it gets worked out.

I knew something like this would happen, or at least I thought I knew. But I can't see all of this being true, the drummer is probably trying to get some sympathy votes or something.

They can afford to pay him and return his stuff, so they should. Also, thier young fans seem to think they can do no wrong, so wont hate the band for being gits, they just wont believe it.

i jsut read the other news and i guess he quit the band cus he was on addicted to drugs or something.
