i don't listen to much of this type of music anymore but it was pretty good. i will probably check out the new album when it comes out.

Riffs sound like despised icon, which is in no way a surprise since they took DI's guitarist not too long ago. That solo is pretty hottt, WAYY better than any of the ones on Genesis' Jonny got 10 times better. Me thinks this is gunna be a good album :]

Definitely a bit better than Genesis. Stylistically...of course. Vocals are varied in a way that is much more appealing and in touch with the song itself. Instrumentation has improved nearly tenfold though, which is pretty cool. Jon Rice has some cool drum parts.

It's a little monotonous, but shitloads better than what I heard from their earlier material.

They've gotten more technical, which is always good.
They're no Burning the Masses yet, but this should give elitist fags an excuse to stop picking on them and think about getting a job.

Al Glassman from Despised Icon seems like he had a lot of influence with this song. It was for the better, though.

Most of what makes Despised Icon bleh is the vocalist and the wiggerish arm movements.

At least you can actually headbang to this. The rest of their stuff is just crappy deathcore and uninteresting death metal. This song at least *tried* to be brutal, and kinda pulled it off.

TBDM + Behemoth = this song, yes. The death growls sound like Nergal, and the screams sound more like TBDM vocalist.
