Dream Theater Forsaken Vid. 2008-01-16 by fuzzyhair | 7 Comments | Dream Theater announced on their Myspace blog that the Forsaken video will premier on MTV2's Headbanger's Ball on Saturday Jan 26th, 2008. This will be their second video off of Systematic Chaos, their first being Constant Motion.
Most of their videos aren't popular to the mainstream audience, but the fans of Dream Theater tend to love them. Hopefully Forsaken will be have the right amount of rock and pop to catch more mainstream listener's ears.

Constant Motion came #2 on Headbanger's Ball's top vids last year, though the song doesn't set the world alight tbf.
Forsaken is much better, and I saw on a bulletin that this will be an animated video and they showed the two main characters on roadrunner's website. DT also seem really, really excited, saying this is their best video period. High hopes. This Message Edited On 01.16.08

| | | been a longtime fan
but their videos leave much to be desired.
| | | Nice choice there, I love the riff in Forsaken.
Is it just me, or is Dream Theater striving harder than ever to gain more of an audience lately?
| | | I actually prefer Constant Motion to Forsaken. I used to prefer Forsaken, but then it became boring after repeated listens.
| | | I think they are sick of not being respected after all these years. Sure they have a load of fans, but like any band they want more.
More power to them.
| | | Forsaken is the best song of Systematic Chaos imo.
