Believe the Hype is good. I like the other songs too but wish they didn’t both do that whole guitar-and-drums breakdown thing at intervals, too similar in my opinion. And Cross to Bear doesn’t really go anywhere.

cross is a huge grower. Definitely more of a meditative song, interesting choice for a single though.

I agree with the drum breakdown. Didn’t even really fit the song and it’s really my only complaint with 2/3 of the songs.

Guess it would’ve been similar to Notice Me, but kinda wish he just screamed the outro over the breakdown to end Believe the Hype instead of the drums.

I really tried to avoid listening to the new song bc there's still a month and a half left til the album and we got 4 singles now... But of course I couldn't resist. any means is fucking incredible.
The band themselves even addressed on IG how annoying the rollout is but that's just the times in the streaming era we live in.

Any Means does slap. Man what a song! Their song structures are somewhat different this time around. This one is very similar to Cross to Bear, but damn it’s still so good.
Didn’t wanna listen either, but couldn’t help it. Now it’s on repeat. I’m gonna make myself not listen to any of the new songs from the start of September to the release.

Also, if you preordered the album, they changed the new single at the last second and the system sent out the original song.
Just listened to “Ain’t It Sweet” and it’s good too. Maybe my least favorite of the releases, but it’s still a solid track.

I lied, “Ain’t it Sweet” grew on me and it’s definitely top 3. So good. So catchy.
